Indeed. Or, in this case, an existing committer gaining PPMC-ship. :) Frode's actually been a committer since April. Following the project's recent decision to include all committers within the PPMC, I looked into what changes need to be made to the status page to reflect this ... and discovered that the page is so out of date that it doesn't even list Frode.
