GUACAMOLE-143: Add missing files to EXTRA_DIST

These files are missing from the source .tar.gz because they are not
specified within `EXTRA_DIST` of the top-level `.Makefile.am`. Also missing is
`CONTRIBUTING`, along with everything Docker-related.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/incubator-guacamole-server
fix-extra-dist
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-guacamole-server/pull/31.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
