GUACAMOLE-205: Update to OpenSSL 1.1 API
This change updates guacamole-server to the OpenSSL 1.1 API, with
backward-compatible shims for things which are not otherwise compatible.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/incubator-guacamole-server
openssl-1.1
