GUACAMOLE-40: Add support for RD gateway.
FreeRDP 1.1 and later have support for remote desktop gateways. This change
adds connection parameters for the settings which enable/configure that support.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/incubator-guacamole-server
rdp-gateway
