Hello all, I've been updating the podling status page, tracking down when items were completed through searching emails, JIRA, etc., and I *believe* that things are now correct. I am confused on the correct dates for the following pair of previously-blank work items:
1) "If request from anywhere to become a stand-alone PMC, then assess the fit with the ASF, and create the lists and modules under the incubator address/module names if accepted." Does "lists" here refer to the mailing lists? If so, how does that differ from "Ask infrastructure to set up and archive mailing lists" under "Infrastructure"? What is meant by "module" here? Under the assumption that "lists" and "module" refer to the core infrastructure setup which was completed on 2016-02-10, I filled that in here, but please let me know if this is incorrect. 2) "Give all Mentors access to the incubator git repository. (to be done by the Incubator PMC chair or an Incubator PMC Member wih karma for the authorizations file)" All Mentors for Guacamole were already members of the Incubator at the time of the podling's acceptance, so presumably this is implicitly completed? I filled in 2016-02-10 (the date that Guacamole was set up post-acceptance), but again - please let me know if this is incorrect. Thanks, - Mike
