GUACAMOLE-314: Bump version to 0.9.13-incubating.
As the database auth documentation was expanding badly with each change to
the schema (one new paragraph per version), I've also generalized the
documentation for the update scripts, hopefully simplifying things.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/mike-jumper/incubator-guacamole-manual
bump-version
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-guacamole-manual/pull/47.patch
