Mikalai Parafeniuk updated HAMA-524:
------------------------------------

    Attachment: HAMA_524_v3.patch

Hello everyone. I took into account comments of Thomas, and created a new
version of patch - HAMA_524_v3.patch.

I want to know opinion of other developers about moving SpMV to ml package. I
think this movement is valuable, because after it we will have a single set of
classes for vectors and matrices formats and writables.

Question about GSoC. A program has finished and I am required to submit code
sample to google's repository. Can I submit my patch? Or something else is
needed?
