I suggest we leave this at having a TreeSet<Vertex> and SortedMessageQueue for
messages and have an Iterator instance that goes over these two sorted queues
in order grouping the vertices and messages. We can avoid reading the messages
twice with HAMA-734. Memory usage then can be reduced with sorted spilling
queues.
