Attached the patch. In the case of vertex value has large value, the 
improvements will be obvious. I tested it in 84 machines cluster with 420 
slots. (Ever tried to run from 300 machines with more than 1000 slots, but job 
failed because of mysterious problem, I have not find out the reason...)
