How about we work together on this issue? HAMA-783
1) If DiskVerticesInfo shows good performance, we can use just the disk-based
vertices store.
2) If there's a significant performance decrease with DiskVerticesInfo, I'd
like to suggest the Serialization. Then, we can reduce the memory use space by
1/3.
