Can we promote the packages e.g. groom, master, io, etc. to the same level as
bsp? Those packages are not directly bsp related though it may use bsp stuff.
In addition, some minor comments - MonitorManager, GroomServerManager are more
BSPMaster related, so it would be good packing them in the same directory.
