1) Current DynamicGraph can't show the its usability, and 2) unit test can't
verify whether the vertex has been removed or inserted in a sorted set
correctly.
In MapVerticesInfo case, we currently conduct the sort using TreeMap. BTW, Unit
test passes with or without using Treemap. As far as I know, vertices must be
re-sorted by vertex ID if there are vertex additions or removals.
