This patch is modified because BSPJob cannot run in fully distributed mode on
hadoop. It is not correct that set the task attempt id for bspjob. Hence, task
attempt id of bsp tasks that register zookeeper is duplicated. This is why
error occurred.
But It is fixed and It works well in fully distributed mode.
