Week 1: (28th April - 5th May)
1- While trying to configure latest version of Hama source code on my PC, found
a bug (HAMA-989)
2- Did a fix and submitted a pull request.
3- Read about benchmarking methods.
Week 2: (6th May - 12th May)
1- Read material on Semi-clustering and its termination condition
2- Configured semi-clustering on local machine and tried to understand its
working
3- Found and reported bug and Edward provided a possible solution.
4- Tried the new solution (which works) but the overall working of algorithm
still wrong. Created a small semi-clustering example, algorithm not working
properly on even simple examples.
5- Tried OKAPI from Apache Graph and configured it on local PC
6- Tried to understand the example but was not able to make sense of output in
first superstep
