Hi everyone, I think we should add a notifications mailing list for GitHub notifications. The commits should be notified to the commit mailing list which is the norm for ASF projects but other notifications like new issues and discussions and PR comments could be directed to a notifications mailing list.
The ASF likes to see this traffic end up on ASF mailing lists so that we can preserve the history instead of relying on the goodwill of ASF. My opinion is that directing all this traffic to the dev mailing list can quickly obscure the other threads like this one. What do people think?
