[general] Harmony solaris zone created

Our zone on the Solaris box is now done.  I'll be adding committer 
accounts ASAP.  I assume that every committer is using a public/private 
key rather than password to access minotaur, so I'll just grab each 
existing public key and put on the machine.

Then we get to figure out how to port this to Solaris x86.  :)
