Geir,
I've a question. Many of our web pages are made up of html that is
doc-included into xml and then processed. If the initial html has a
disclaimer in it, the resulting web-page has 2 of them in the source -
one added during processing, one inherited from source html.
Does this issue overweigh the fact that every file should have the
disclaimer?

I think that it's oK to have two on the generated output, as we want anything in SVN to have that license header.

You did it backwards :)

We need that disclaimer in all files. So don't remove from the files
that have it, but rather add to the ones that don't.

AFAIU, we need to remove the disclaimer from certain files.
To make docs from the xdocs>subcomponents directory consistent,
I've created a patch and have opened a new JIRA issue [1].
Would be fine if someone could find time to have a look.

Yes, they should be consistent.

Folks,

Looking through the docs from the xdocs>subcomponents directory, I
found
out that some of them, such as DevGuide.html, AWT.html,
DNSSupport.html
etc have the Apache Software Foundation disclaimer in the very
beginning, while EM.html, Jitrino.html, Jitrino.PMF.html,
RMIProvider.html don't. Where is the truth? :)

Don't we need the disclaimer since these are harmony materials
already?

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Sveta
