[DRLVM[[build] did you find the build has problem downloading apr-iconv?

I have to change the dir to
http://apache.rediska.ru/apr/apr-iconv-1.1.1.tar.gz to get it. Do we
need change the build properties file accordingly or it's only a
temporary link problem?
