The new version is as usual available at http://harmony.apache.org/subcomponents/drlvm/DoxygenStart.html and the metrics are updated with new data at http://wiki.apache.org/harmony/DRLVM_Documentation_Quality
Bottom-line: not much has been done during the last couple of months, though we're making some progress. I'll be analyzing why relatively well-documented components don't have the highest ratings and contain warnings/errors in the generation log, and post those for discussion and improvement.
