[classlib][hdk][build] msvcr80.dll default location

Hello,

Does anyone succeeded building classlib or hdk out-of-box on Windows x86_64 ?
For me, the msvcr80.dll dependency is never found at the default location:
msvcr.url.x86_64=file:///${hyenv.SystemRoot}/system32/msvcr80.dll
Actual location is always
msvcr.url.x86_64=file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Microsoft%20Visual%20Studio%208/VC/redist/amd64/Microsoft.VC80.CRT/msvcr80.dll

If nobody objects I'm going to fix this in hdk and classlib.
