[classlib] awt unused native method?

I see a native method in awt linuxfont called:

  Java_org_apache_harmony_awt_gl_font_LinuxNativeFont_initializeFontFromFP

but I don't see it used anywhere.  Is it historical (to be removed) or
is it for future use (to stay)?
