I believe we should finally switch used externals from HTTPS to HTTP based urls, to avoid such problems once and forever. Especially as "concurrent" module is imported from standard tree and is not supposed to be modifiable in the mainstream process. I guess this change will be transparent for existing workspaces, i.e. "svn up" will pick it up normally. Waiting for objections ;)
