hi, Tim:
I am using "ant -Dauto.fetch=true all" to do rebuild and have not seen
the problem. I think that it is a full rebuild since it includes
populate-src, clean, and build.

The error info itself should not exist because the method getHashcode is
defined in the class of VMHelper.
