I will put patch for above 3 failures soon.
After applying all the related patches from HARMONY 6096, 6119, 6153 and
6154, all tests passed. So I'll apply them soon, and as Deven commented
in 6096, Charset_v3.diff is just a workaround, I'll let it open until we
get a real fix.
All related patches are applied, thanks Jim and Deven, please verify them on
JIRA.
