HAWQ-131. check hawq_rm_rejectrequest_nseg_limit should use > insteadâ¦
This is bug fix to make logic of checking hawq_rm_rejectrequest_nseg_limit
keep align with logic of checking hawq_rm_rejectrequest_nseg_limit.
