Summary: Redefine semantics of execute interface of feature test
library

Since the second parameter of execute interface in feature test library is
confused and might be misused, I redefine the semantics of this interface.
Meanwhile, I add a executeIgnore interface to ignore whether it executed
correct or incorrect.
