Previously we added python modules which HAWQ needed, but 'pycrypto' not added
as we think it's not needed by HAWQ now.
Actually 'hawq ssh-exkeys' still need it, and it's license is 'Public domain'
which is compatible with HAWQ. So we should add it in.
