This is an umbrella task to cover HAWQ upgrade from 2.0.0.0 to 2.0.1.0 related
tasks, we need to address below items:
1. Investigate and identify instructions for hawq upgrade, including hawq
itself, procedural language packages, etc. This also need to be added to hawq
2.0.1.0 documentation.
2. Add basic data verification for hawq upgrade, including hawq itself,
procedural languages, user-defined functions, etc.
