Hi Suminda, We cannot support Windows platform, not to mention windows installer.
The reason why we can not easily support windows is: HDB/GDBB were basing on PostgreSQL8.2.x, even PostgreSQL before version 9 cannot natively support Windows platform. So there are a lot work need to be done before we can natively support Windows.
