1) Do not assume the test database is postgres.
Use HAWQ_DB which is defined in sql_util.h
2) Use error immune options when creating a new hdfs file or directory.
e.g. mkdir -p, put -f.
Since nonexistence of those files/directories are not guaranteed.
e.g. Previous test run was terminated by ctrl+c.
