During the Apache HAWQ 2.0.0.0-incubator review (guided by Apache project
mentor Roman Shaposhnik), we identified inconsistencies with LICENSE file.
* Moved sections covered by PostgreSQL License to appropriate section
* Add simplejson
* Add PyYAML
* Remove unneeded license files covered by PostgreSQL License
* Synchronize the component order in LICENSE and pom.xml. This helps in the IP
review.
