Currently PXF doesn't support handling Bool type filters (IS NULL, IS NOT NULL)
for byte arrays. HAWQ Bridge still pushes predicates containing these
expressions down to PXF which is incorrect. HAWQ Bridge must avoid PPD when it
contains such expressions.
