I have updated the Validate the Release Candidate <https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/HAWQ/Release+Process%3A+Step+by+step+guide#ReleaseProcess:Stepbystepguide-ValidatetheReleaseCandidate> section to include manual verification steps for these two issues. Ruilong will be creating a task Jira so we can automate this step going forward.
