As I'm starting to review the Ranger Plugin Service PR ( https://github.com/apache/incubator-hawq/pull/1092), I glanced at GitHub's Pulse stats, it shows we have 16 total pull requests (5 active and 11 "unresolved conversations" <https://github.com/apache/incubator-hawq/pulse/monthly#proposed-pull-requests>). I am going to review some of the older ones in the hopes to get them cleaned up one way or the other.
