The following jars may cause conflicts in certain environments depending on how
the classes are being loaded.

WEB-INF/lib/jersey-json-1.9.jar
WEB-INF/lib/jersey-core-1.9.jar
WEB-INF/lib/jersey-server-1.9.jar
```
We need to exclude them while building the RPM.
