While working on a PXF extension to provide read access to Parquet data in S3,
it would have been more efficient to reuse this StringPassResolver class but,
since my only PXF dependency was pxf-api, I ended up creating a very similar,
pass-through class (I was returning a single JSON string per row).
It seems like moving this class into pxf-api would provide more opportunities
for reuse.
