McGrail, Greg Stein The July minutes were approved. The following resolutions were passed unanimously: Change the Apache Polygene Project Chair (Jiri Jetmar, VP) Establish the Apache HAWQ Project (Lei Chang, VP) The next board meeting will be on the 19th of September.
