(sync, append, etc). There's a HLog.Writer interface and the implementation is
SequenceFileLogWriter that encapsulates a SequenceFile.Writer
We should have a common interface for HBase classes that append, sync, etc.
If the filesystem doesn't support append - that should be taken care in the
Writer implementation that actually talks with HDFS. i.e. do it in a single
class and avoid duplicating the appendSupport logic through code.
