If one checks out or updates to latest trunk, and then does 'mvn clean test',
this appears on the output:

directory
[exec] tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
[exec] Result: 2
I assume this is relatively harmless, some compression tests may be skipped,
but I'm wondering if this artifact might be available somewhere and could be
automatically downloaded if missing?
