HBASE-0.94 - apidocs are not coming in the jenkins build

Hi devs

 

In the Jenkins build for 0.94 the apidocs are not available.  In 0.92.2 they
are  available.  Is it something like atleast one version of the release
must be done on the specified branch to get the apidocs?
