See how CREATE, RESOLVE, and REOPENED notifications are sent to dev and to issues: https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/HBASE/notifications If you are not interested in all issues, you can unsubscribe and just follow the main JIRA transitions up in dev.
