Thanks all for jumping in to help.

What I figured it that you can't run twice the assembly command. If
you follow all the steps on the website twice, the 2nd time, the
MAVEN_OPTS="-Xmx2g" mvn clean site install assembly:assembly
-DskipTests -Prelease will fail.  I can reproduce that easily, so if
required, I can provide more details.


@Jon: As soon as I have some free time I will try to follow all the
steps again and see where it might required more documentation. Then I
will update the book and open the a JIRA to propose the modifications.
