Added an object design sub-section in the Customer/Order Case Study in the
Schema Design chapter.
Renamed the "Customer / Sales" Case Study to "Customer/Order" because I found I
was using both "sales" and "order" interchangeably and I think that was
confusing, so now I'm only referring to "Order"
Minor cleanup: fixed some of the section-ids in the Case Study section (from
yesterday)
