TestOrderedBytes should call Arrays.toString(decoded) instead of directly
output "decoded".
Today output will be something like:
java.lang.AssertionError: Encoded representations do not preserve natural
order: <[B@4a8c1dd9>, <[B@34fbb7cb>, ASCENDING: actual array was null
We want it to be:
java.lang.AssertionError: Encoded representations do not preserve natural
order: <[]>, <[]>, ASCENDING: actual array was null
