Summary: Avoid empty columns while doing bulk-load

In bulk load feature of hbase (ImportTsv and CompleteBulkload), it just stores
everything in the table but some times we want to avoid empty column values to
save some disk space. So, we can have a feature to skip those empty columns
values while bulk load (If user wants).
