Summary: Expand Hbase Shell Describe Command to list the columns
as well of the Column Family

Currently the describe command only lists out the column family of a particular
table and does not list out the specific columns within that family. It would
be good expand the describe command to give a detailed description of the table
inclusive of all the columns within that family.
