Resolving. branch-1 has been passing the last three builds. Will reopen if we
start to see the weird stream issue again.
Was going to put in 0.98 but there we have explicit reference to the ghelming
2.12 surefire. Looking at recent failures in 0.98, seem just to be legit test
failures. I don't see the stream error. Will let well-enough alone unless you
think different [~apurtell]
