0.99.2 will be the last 0.99 release. We should do 1.0.0 RC shortly afterwards.
I am starting testing upgrade of earlier versions into 0.99 bits this week. I'll create 1.0.1 and 1.1.0 jira release labels now. We can mark issues past 1.0 to track. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-12567. let me know what you think. Enis
