Please tidy up the release area. Again.
It looks to me like the following can be deleted:
hbase-0.94.23/
hbase-0.94.24/
hbase-0.96.2/
hbase-0.98.7/
hbase-0.99.0/
hbase-0.99.1/
The directory "to_remove" does not look as though it belongs there.
Remember that this directory is mirrored.
