This is an umbrella issue for everything that deals with handling deprecated
code for the HBase 2.0.0 release.
This was discussed on the [mailing
list|http://apache-hbase.679495.n3.nabble.com/Removal-of-deprecated-features-td4069746.html]
and agreed upon:
* Everything that was already removed in the HBase 1.0.0 release will/can be
removed
* Everything that was deprecated in a subsequent 1.x release or in 2.0.0 will
be removed in 3.0.0 and only documented as such in 2.0.0
